  • How can I customize an item that is listed?
    Send us a message by simply clicking the "Custom" link that's below the item. If you have any specific questions regarding your order or if you need further assistance, please let send us an email or use the chat function below.
  • Is there a design cost for a custom item(s)?
    If the item you want is not listed, there usually isn't a design fee however if it's something completely from scratch (like creating a business logo) there may be a design fee involved, and the cost of this fee will depend on the difficulty level. We will let you know the design fee BEFORE we start your project. There is absolutely NO fee if the product listed specifically says "custom". Please provide as many details as possible about your desired design. Additionally, it is recommended to upload a drawing, sketch, or any inspiration you have using the "upload" option. By providing comprehensive details and visual references, it will help us assess the design requirements accurately and provide you with a prompt quote.   • Can I cancel a custom order?
    Once you've approved the customized proof we send it for production right away, aiming to get it ready and shipped asap for fast service. Please understand that once you've given approval, we normally can't cancel or change it. However, we will try to cancel it. Get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can do our very best to help you.
  • Am I allowed to use symbols in my custom item?
    We might be able to include symbols, but it's best to reach out to us first to confirm.
  • Are there any limits on what design ideas can be a custom item?
    We are happy to customize products for you and that includes your design ideas! There are some exceptions: We have the right to decline requests for certain content. This includes material, whether text, images, or photos, that we consider: 1. Abusive, explicit, vulgar. 2. Uses copyrighted or trademarked material without the owner's written permission. 4. Promotes illegal activities. 5. Harms anyone, especially minors. 6. Includes links to any of the above.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We provide our valued customers with multiple convenient payment choices. These options encompass major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Additionally, for your ease and flexibility, we gladly accept Venmo, Gpay, PayPal and ApplePay. Please note that we do not accept payments in the form of cash, checks, or COD (Cash on Delivery).
  • Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
    After ordering, we promptly begin production at 10 pm to ensure swift service while allowing time for any desired modifications. Please note that changes or cancellations are not possible after 10 pm on the order date. If a change is requested by 10 pm but requires additional adjustment time, it may extend the shipping.
  • How do I check on my order?
    In your account just click on "My Orders" page, you can get information on previous and current orders. They can: View order details (date, payment method, etc.) Check the order status (Fulfilled, Shipped, etc.) Track orders that have a tracking number Download digital purchases (within 30 days of purchase)
  • Do I need to become a member to check out?
    Yes, you want to be a member to make a purchase. It'll be useful if you want to track your orders and look at your past purchases.
  • How can I get a coupon?
    We really like giving our customers awesome deals and savings all year round. Just go to our website's main page and subscribe to our email list. That way, you'll get all the newest coupons and sales info sent directly to you.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Currently, we don't provide the option for in-person pickup.
  • How can I be sure about the size of the item?
    We're committed to making sure the sizes are listed. You'll find size charts in all of our listings. Additionally, please take a moment to read the details, as some items have the measurements in the description.
  • How long will my order take to ship?
    Most items typically ship within 2-4 business days. However, if an item is custom it may take longer to ship. This processing time can vary depending on the nature of the personalization required. We primarily ship products from our home base in Mantua, New Jersey. We've partnered with a few other locations within the United States, which helps ensure fast delivery for our customers. Having multiple shipping locations within the United States is advantageous as it allows for more efficient delivery to across the country. You will receive an email after every order with the expected ship & delivery time, so you know when to anticipate their arrival.   • Can I expedite my shipping method?
    Yes. Orders can be upgraded to priority shipping for an additional charge. Please send us an email or use the chat function below for a quote on 2-3 day Priority Shipping either before you place your order or right after placing your order.
  • Can I ship an order to multiple locations?
    For now, we can't send one order to different places. If you need items sent to different locations, you'll have to place a separate order for each destination.
  • When will my order ship?
    We send orders out as quickly as we can. You'll see the shipping time for each item in the product listing since they're all different. If it's a big bulk order or something personalized, we'll tell you how long it'll take. To check your order, just go to our website anytime. Sign in to your account and click on "my orders" to see what you've ordered before. Everything will be listed, and you can check the status by clicking on the order. We'll also give you links to track your shipment once it's on its way.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not right now but that is something that we aim to do one day!
  • Does every order have free shipping?
    Yes. We're delighted to offer free shipping on all of our products. Even bulk or business items!
  • Will I be refunded if my order is late?
    Sorry, but we can't give refunds if your order is late because of bad weather or unexpected problems that affect Buzzlogo or our delivery partners.
  • Can I get a refund for custom items?
    Refunds are not accepted for customized items unless it is production-related issues. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond words. In the unlikely event of production-related issues, please reach out to us. We're dedicated to making it right and ensuring your satisfaction.
  • Can I get a refund for my order that isn't custom?
    We will give you a refund once the item has been returned and inspected. Please contact us for an RMA Number to return your item.
